Root Cause

  • Card reported as lost: The cardholder has officially reported the card as lost to the issuing bank.

  • Deactivated card: The card has been permanently deactivated and cannot be used for any transactions.
  • Pending replacement: A replacement card has been issued, and the lost card is no longer valid.
